    APPOINTMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY, BUT WALK-INS ARE WELCOME BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

    A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENTS AND WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR FINAL PURCHASE.

    PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES IS ALLOWED, AFTER WHICH THE APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

  • JEWELRY & WARRANTY

    ALL PERMANENT JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL—NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THE PIECE IS WELDED.

    WE USE HIGH-QUALITY 14K GOLD, STERLING SILVER, AND GOLD-FILLED MATERIALS; HOWEVER, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR MAY OCCUR OVER TIME.

    IF YOUR JEWELRY BREAKS WITHIN 7 DAYS DUE TO A WELDING ISSUE, WE WILL RE-WELD IT AT NO COST. REPAIRS OR RE-WELDING AFTER 7 DAYS MAY INCUR A SMALL FEE.

    IF YOU NEED TO REMOVE YOUR BRACELET FOR ANY REASON (E.G., MEDICAL PROCEDURES), WE OFFER A RE-WELD SERVICE FOR A FEE.

  • HEALTH & SAFETY

    WE DO NOT OFFER SERVICES ON INDIVIDUALS WITH PACEMAKERS OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE WELDING PROCESS.

    CLIENTS MUST DISCLOSE ANY METAL ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES BEFORE SELECTING THEIR JEWELRY.

    THE PROCEDURE IS QUICK AND PAINLESS, BUT WE REQUIRE CLIENTS TO REMAIN STILL DURING THE PROCESS FOR SAFETY.

  • PAYMENT & REFUNDS

    PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND DIGITAL PAYMENTS.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON JEWELRY ONCE IT HAS BEEN WELDED.

    GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND DO NOT EXPIRE.

  • LIABILITY WAIVER

    CLIENTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PERMANENT JEWELRY IS A VOLUNTARY COSMETIC SERVICE.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER CARE, METAL SENSITIVITIES, OR EXTERNAL FORCES (E.G., SNAGGING ON OBJECTS).

    BY RECEIVING OUR SERVICES, CLIENTS AGREE TO RELEASE OUR BUSINESS FROM ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE JEWELRY APPLICATION OR REMOVAL PROCESS.

  • CUSTOMIZATION & SIZING

    CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVING THEIR CHAIN SELECTION AND SIZING BEFORE WELDING.

    ONCE WELDED, THE SIZE CANNOT BE ADJUSTED WITHOUT CUTTING AND RE-WELDING, WHICH MAY INCUR A FEE.

    CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME.

  • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

    APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO TRANSFER THE DEPOSIT TO A FUTURE BOOKING.

    NO-SHOWS OR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

    WE MAY TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. CLIENTS WHO DO NOT WISH TO BE FEATURED SHOULD NOTIFY US BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT.

  • AGE REQUIREMENT

    CLIENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD FOR PERMANENT JEWELRY SERVICES.

    MINORS (UNDER 18) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

    A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS.

  • GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS

    WE OFFER PRIVATE PARTIES AND GROUP BOOKINGS. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE DATE.

    MOBILE AND POP-UP EVENTS MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES DEPENDING ON LOCATION.
